Maytree Pre-School

Welcome

Established for over 30 years, Maytree Pre-School is held at The Hive, Woodbury Community Playing Fields, Woodbury. We run five mornings (with optional lunch clubs) and five afternoons a week throughout school term time.

We follow the Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum and welcome children from the term before their third birthday until school age.

Maytree gives children their first experience of school and as such, we aim to provide a secure and stimulating learning environment for the children offering them a wide variety of experiences and opportunities to develop their interests and understanding.

"All children are individuals who develop skills and abilities at their own pace. Our focus is in helping your child become a confident person who can develop his or her potential whilst having fun with children their own age"

COVID-19

Despite the recent changes in covid guidelines/rules ( February 2022) , our policies remain the same- if your child tests positive for Covid then they need to remain off pre-school until 10 days have passed or until they have had two negative Lateral Flow tests.

Although we’re all aware of the main symptoms; high temperature, new or continuous cough, loss of taste/smell, other symptoms are headaches and stomach ache and when parents are reporting cases these are symptoms they have been describing.
